Packaging & Shipping
Orders will be packed in cardboard cartons and shipped via TNT unless other shipping methods are arranged under mutual agreement. Each carton will allow contents up to 30KG, on average about 30pcs of normal sized handbags or 50pcs and more small items. All TNT parcels will have a tracking number & be delived in 1 (domestic UK areas) or 2 (Highlands & Ireland) working days. More shipping methods are also available for deliveries to Ireland. We gurantee to find each customer the best shipping method available. Please also feel free to contact us if you have any queries.  
Returns & Replacements
If you have a brand new faulty/flawed item from us, you will need to contact us First and report the damage condition of the faulty products before you do anything else. Without noticing us in advance, your Credit/Refund will not be dealt with. If the details of the products returned appear to be different from what you inform us of, your Credit/Refund might also NOT be dealt with. Please also NOTE that all our customers will be expected to be responsible for their own postage cost for returning the products to us themselves. All the damaged items MUST NOT be thrown away as proof of evidence for any replacements or credit notes until further notice.
Please follow the instructions below to report one or some damaged item(s).
    Step 1 → Contact us by phone or email and report the details of the damaged goods
                    (Particularly the quantity, product code and the damaged condition)
    Step 2 → Send us the photos showing the damages via email
    Step 3 → The necessity of returning the items will be discussed
    Step 4 → Either Replacement, Discount, Credit note, or Refund will be given under mutual agreement.
The minimum order is £100.00(ex VAT). That is, any single purchase has to be at least £100 in order to place an order with us. While placing the orders, please also make sure that you choose the appropriate delivery method according to delivery areas. The delivery charge varies according to where the delivery address is located.
Payment methods, Pricing & Promotions
--- Walk-in orders: we accept cash, debit/credit card payment.
--- Online/telephone orders: Credit/Debit Card payment available and preferred (excluding American expresscards).- Bank transfer (Contact us for our bank details).- Bank cheques ONLY accepted with valid card details left and when notice is given in advance.- Cashier check out ONLY available when the order is picked up at the shop by the customer.
